NX Streaming -
Hardware Cost - $0 (well ok, you gotta pay for the controller and some kind of cheap TV receiver)
Available to those who have a good internet connection, $9.99 per month gives you access to a wide catalog of Nintendo games, a good amount of VC content. Runs on iPhone, iPad, Android tablets, TV set-top boxes, maybe even (gulp) PS4/XB1 (though I'm not sure if Sony or MS would allow it ... or would they?).
There could still be physical NX console/portables too because obviously not everyone is going to want to stream games or has an internet connection that's fast enough.
But Nintendo has a pretty rich, specialized ecosystem ... could this also be where those rumors of NX working on PS4 are coming from? Could be on the Wii U and 3DS too.
