The problem isn't the Oscars or the selection process The problem is Hollywood casting directors and there not being enough roles for minorities. As for Smith he is smoking something if he thinks that he was snubbed for his role in Concussion he had one the worst forced accents I have ever heard in a Movie, Idris Elba and Abraham Attah should have been nominated but that was due to some rule or an agenda that Hollywood has with it being a Netflix film. Benicio del Toro should have also been nominated for Sicario.
