I know! This could have worked so well on the WiiU, in both online and local multiplayer. The gamepad would serve as the screen for the second player, so no need to split-screen, and it would have justified the use of the gamepad in a big way. And if it took too many resources to make, just use the WindWaker HD engine and assets, that way people would be far more open to the idea (every co-op Zelda has used cartoony or sprite graphics, so it would fit well).
