I dunno if it's so much to bolster the library per se as it is that there's plenty of good games on the Wii U that were criminally overlooked because the system didn't sell well. Pikmin 3, Bayonetta 2, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Xenoblade X, etc. etc. that I think Nintendo would want to double dip on with the NX. Like 75-80% of Nintendo hardware owners this gen were 3DS-only (no Wii U) ... that's a lot of people that didn't get a chance to play these games. |
if they want to play them, they can buy a wii u. they have every chance in the world. nintendo isnt going to "remaster" any game that is on the wii u for their next console. theyre going to make NEW games that are going to take advantage of the NEW hardware.
