Update 3: Sean Penn talked to 'El Chapo' Guzman before arrest, is the actor in trouble?

I'm glad that they captured him, but it baffles me that he's going to be sent into the same prison he escaped from. Why not extradite him to the United States and let the Federal government put him into a hard to escape hellhole where his money and influence means shit? This definitely needs a movie.
