The deal is that Usopp can actually win without fighting, pretty much like he beat Perona, or how more recently Sugar. Usopp is the most surprising character, so if there is a way to win over an imortal guy, I would bet on him, lol, he might actually make friends with Kaido or find his weak spot, he is also very cleaver, a shame it doesn't shows this side of him so often anymore, before the time skip he would built Nami's weapons, he would make all kind of things to kis Kabuto gunsling, even with Skypeya stuff, and also he could take care of Merry for half the Grand Line without actually being a pro on ships like Franky. He is by far the best option to an improvised fight and avoiding the conventional wait of beat it to win.

Caesar won't join, they hate him, his is a bad guy, he will never be part of the crew. I would definitely bet on Aokiji, as he is now an enemy of the marine as well, even as he is not a pirate. More likely than him only Sabo, which can still happen after Dragon dies. Crocodile also won't fit the crew at all.
One of the guys I want to join asap is momonosuke, he is a great addition to the crew fun factor, because Nami and Robin take him as a kid and he takes advantage of it and pisses of Sanji and Brook. Also he'll eventually be able to control his akuma no mi and he could turn into such a badass chinese dragon, would also be awesome to have in the crew, and I hope it does, after the Wano arc starts and ends I hope he decides to join them permanently "to become a proud warrior" or "a man" or whatever reason, I want him into the party xD

I guess time will tell who joins next. Frick, it's been a while since Brook joined. I was so hopeful for Jinbe, but I bet that's still coming. Just need them to hurry up and beat Big Mom.

Momonosuke would be something new for sure, and more variety the better. We have a 100+ year old crew member, might as well balance it out with a kid. In terms of who else I want to join:

Shirahoshi (unlikely)
Vivi (let me dream, dammit)
Crocodile (*unlikely...even more so if the person above joins)
Bentham (I'm sure another okama could handle his job back in Newkama Island)
Crocus (probably unlikely)

I'd like the ones below to join Luffy's fleet, even if they have obligations to other crews:

Heart Pirates (likely)
Buggy/Alvida Alliance (lol it'd be funny)
Sun Pirates (I assume they use the same name)
Kuroneko Pirates (definitely a stretch)

Probably some I'm forgetting. I wasn't a big Bellamy fan, but I imagine he'll come back as an ally later. Man though...so many possiblities...
