Has Monolith surpassed Retro Studio as new Nintendo elite studio?

Many of the staff of the original Metroid Prime worked on Tropical Freeze, including artists, animators, engineers, producers, and audio crew.

Naturally, over the course of 12 years, many others have left the company, (some went on to work on the likes of Halo 4) but it's not like the original crew is all gone.
