Splatoon also did it much faster than Onimusha! The former came out in May, while the latter came out in January  and was at 1 million at the end of the year. For comparison, Splatoon is probably at around 1.2-1.3m with digital, despite coming out 4 months later.

 

Waiting for MC but let's say 90k, that would put it over 1255k without digital sales in nov/dec sold
