Should Splatoon's map rotation system be changed?

Technically you can via private battle, that's probably their justification for leaving the rotation as is.

 

Yeah, but they should realize that not everyone has the time nor the amount of friends owning a Wii U to effectively organize 8 or so people to play against each other for a certain period of time. They should just let you choose whatever mode you want, so that you truly can play it whenever you want.
