Personally I am very happy with art style they choose for Zelda U, it fits perfect with beautiful and colorful huge Zelda U world.

What it basically comes down to is that you cannot put aside your personal bias.

You like toon Zelda, so you refuse to accept that your opinion does not reflect the market.
