Yes, do something completely different and new IP that is more mature, but I dont think that need to be clone of those games, something similar yes but definitely with Nintendo touch that will make huge difference. :)  Do that, but relly don't need to change in any way (of course except changes they are doing normally with every new game of some IP) already great IPs.

It wouldn't be "changing" Zelda to use a style it has used successfully before. The franchise has already been shown to work well with a darker approach.
