I'm personally interested in both, haven't decided yet. I will wait until they are both available and compare the prices + content. My PS4 and my PC both are VR-ready:
But since Sony won't allow adult stuff from the start, Oculus-compatible porn games and videos are already available and many PC games already have or are getting unofficial Oculus support, Oculus will probably sell more hardware.
