Bamco guy.  Physical Vita in Europe wouldn't be a massive surprise, every other One Piece game that has come across got it.

Neogaf is listening the PS Vita version of One Piece and the trailer on Youtube too.  
Pretty much confirmed and it will be retail!!! One of my most wanted games in 2016.
