Not true, The Phantom Menace has a 51 on metacritic and a 55% on rottentomatoes.

It got a 5/5 stars from Empire. Roger Ebert gave it 3.5/4 starts.

And it's 56% on RT. 55% on RT is still 55% of people who liked it. Realistically, that should have been 0% - it is just a horrid movie.
