I'm pretty sure he is referring to his skill set, not trashing Nintendo :P 

I mean, diversity really isn't the big problem at Nintendo when you look at their list of active IP, but not even the Zelda team have the level of experience with complex RPGs that Takahashi and his team do.

I didn't mean he was trashing Nintendo, more that he simply recognizes the need for variety.

I mean, there's nothing like XCX coming from EAD proper.
