That's the trailer for the WiiU version, yeah.

In the announcement trailer of the Wii U version, it had a "this is arcade footage and may not represent the final product" disclaimed on screen. This is gone now, and the image quality and particle effects seem to have taken a slight hit, as expected since the arcade board was probably quite a bit stronger than Wii U. This could be our first look at how it looks running on Wii U.
