Last thing that died on me was my PSU (be quiet). Noticed it after coming back from a 2 week long vacation.
Guess what was the reason for it dying on me... I cut the power before going on vacation (except for the kitchen, where the fridge is obviously), so it actually died because it didn't have any power for a long time and thus wouldn't turn on again.
Won't ever do that mistake again.
Overall 2 PSUs, 2 motherboards, 1 GPU and 1 HDD died on me
