Yes it is if statement doesn't make sense (game with 2-3 hour length) and fact that that Nintendo Japanese statements are misunderstood before.

It makes perfect sense; the series has traditionally had 2-3 hours of content.

Starfox 64 3D just a few years back still had 2-3 hours of content.
