Captain toad just makes too much sense. His movement would be based off his games and some power ups from the 2d platformers!
Specials
Up: propeller suit
Neutral: Flash Light (stuns an enemy for a sec, like mewtwo down be)
Side: Mine cart (like Wario bike but can't control, just goes straight ahead)
Down: backpack (randomly grabs a tool as an item?)
Smash attacks.
Side: pick axe
Up: Throws a turnip over his head (similar to snakes smash up)
Down: rolls turnip straight ahead
