Well no wonder you always defend it so much but yeah, I imagine it was a mindblowing game at the time. It's just that, playing them for the first time nowadays, the original Star Fox is really just an unplayable version of Star Fox 64.

I have a very deep attachment to it, yeah. Then again, I also have a very deeply nostalgic relationship with Starfox 64, as it was probably my most played game from the ages of about 10-13.
As a young teenager, I was crushed by Adventure and Assault. :(
