Jose mentioned in NVC that it was a bit side tracked.  And Peer mentioned that they don't want to release a review that doesn't comprise maybe until almost the end, in a sense.  roughly maybe 70-80% near completion, i guess that what his statement is about.

the world is just massive and for me figuring out where to go, it may take additional time than normal.

so Jose needs to complete maybe the whole story, not the whole game itself, it would really be punishing to have nearl 100% playthrough including the superbosses (which I believe would have the same thing as XC).

saw in Jose's twitter account - .’s Xenoblade review just got pushed to Monday. Our editorial review standards demand we finish each game we review. Sincere apologies.

Good.

No more BS 7.8/10 too much water scores, then, right, IGN? The problem with this approach, however, is that you still don't have much proof about this...

He needs to publish proof, preferably on Miiverse where the screenshots are native.

The "too much water" complaint wasn't a BS complaint. For those that actually read that review, you'd see that the complaint was related to the clunkiness of all the water-related mechanics, which was made especially apparent by the abundance of it. Ofcourse, it's much more fun to just mock the review without having read through it.

I'm unsure what you mean by the title Spurge. Are the other scores from reputable sites, but just not perfect, or are the other scores not from reputable sites because the scores aren't perfect.
