Personally I don't think that reviewers should be required to complete an entire game to give their opinion on it, as long as they are honest with the readers how much they completed before writing up the review. Sometimes life gets in the way and unfortunately an incomplete review one week after release will always do better than a complete one 3 weeks after release.
