I can't? There are literally a bunch of open world games that are bad, here let me just limit to racing games. The Crew, Test Drive Unlimited 2, Fuel, and I could probably name a lot more. It's obvious you have no idea what you're talking about so I'm not going to bother reading anything you have to say anymore.

Lets see of the three games you listed the only one that got mediocre reviews is Fuel.  So it seems you are the one that has no idea of what he is talking about.  You probably need to find out what really is considered a bad game before talking about games in general.  Here is a basic tip a bad game usually has a metascore below 50.
