No, I don't think anybody finds your comparison very interesting.
However, starting with PS3 games became massive without pushing significantly better graphics than the competitor. I think discussing game sizes is more interesting than pointing out the games are bigger than the usual Wii disc.
Wii U games clearly aren't using as much compression as Wii or even Xbox 360. Also, Wii U games are gonna be significantly bigger than Wii games because of graphics. Wii was comparable to 6th gen while Wii U is comprable to 7th gen.
