So, most Wii U games are wasting at least 17 GB?


Maybe the discs have a lot of redundant data and the downloads just have the necessary files.  I don't know.  

Maybe its redundant data or less compression to reduce loading.

Some of those games are just too big when you consider what 360 was doing with 7GB discs.
