Note that Wii U's COD:ghost is 880x720 (633,600) same as PS3, Xbox 360; while PS Vita is 960x544 (518,400). It would seem indies are bashing Wii U because of it's poor sales.

Not quite; Ghosts runs at 1024x600 (614,400 pixels) on Xbox 360 and 880x600 (528,000 pixels) on PS3. So a little lower than Wii U.
