First I would say to secure the companies that largely or exclusively work for them on strong titles. We don't need another Rare or Hudson Soft situation. After that, revive the first party studio Project Sora, and put Sakurai in charge. The latter is more important than anything because I think at this point Sakurai is technically not a first party developer
