Instead of buying studios they should make new ones or expand existing ones. I don't understand the mentality of "Nintendo should buy this" or "Sony should buy that"... it hurts the consumer more than anyone else when a 3rd party studio is bought by a 1st party company 
all it'd do is add more to the dick waving arguments over which console people prefer and why their choice is the 'best' one...
