Capcom, Level 5 and Platinum games.
It would be nice if they could just acquire Atlus, but unfortunately Sega owns Atlus so I'm pretty sure out of all those choices, Atlus would be the lowest possibility.
I do see them buying Level 5 or Platinum though.
