You couldn't be more wrong. 
That's the difference between being wise and saying things best left unsaid. Also, I'm quite sure that there's a good portion of women that wish there was "skill level in bed" slider for adjusting their husbands/boyfriends level of skill but they sure as hell won't say it. It's silly that nintendo thinks people in america aren't mature enough to be able to handle a bust slider in a game. There's already been several articles about different instances where nintendo has censored their games recently. Perhaps they're trying to conform more towards to that family friendly image.
