You say this things as if they actually matter. Xenoblade Chronicles X has those things in it. Nintendo of America has chosen to edit the actual product for no law or obligation to the region.
The argument that censorship is fine because I find the feature to be creepy or for sub-humans is so tired and full of fallacy.
