He was in the Theatrhythm games, Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, Final Fantasy Explorers, and Puzzle & Dragons.

But still, there's definitely more that they haven't announced. They wouldn't let Cloud in without Square Enix doing something bigger with him, I'm sure.

Can't believe I forgot about all of those games, but I guess I was thinking of mainline Final Fantasies. At least you can play an actual Metal Gear Solid that's considered canon to the storyline in Snake's case.
