It looks like the "concept art" was taken from Deviant Art, I've seen a lot of people do that with game characters, they'll make concepts to make their own cartoons and comics.
BTW for everyone saying it has to be Man Icarus forgot that it could end up being a prequel ^_^ so yes Kid Icarus could still be a kid. Though personally I do hope they make him an adult in the game but I like bringing up points people don't think about. Either way I'm going to keep an eye out for some real confirmed screens/art.
