If it's the story/plot then blame the author cause at glance it looks like it's following the novel ...

The story/plot is executed better in the LN and the manga. The studio decided to add in anime only things and to rearrange some events which in turn killed black hairs development as a character making the fact that she has to fight the MC fall flat to me. The plot is on track but that's after taking detours just to get the kiss scene early. All they needed to do was stick to the material like they did with volume 1 but no, they screwed up volume 2 big time. In the next couple episodes I wont be able to complain anymore since I wouldn't have read any further since this was around the time I saw it would be animated and stopped reading. But they shouldn't have gone the anime only route for anything in this.
