Well coming from an avid follower of the Naruto manga, anime. official light novels, video games, and most movies, I have to say a couple of things:
1. Its not going to take Naruto's place. Its not going to be a simple repeat of the themes that Naruto goes through
2. Naruto fleshed out its themes over the span of 700 chapters. Boku No Hero is at 64-65 currently. You can't really expect the latter to be as fleshed out.
3. With number 2 said, you'd still be wrong. I know I was. Whilst Boku No Hero's main theme still needs some time to grow, just like Naruto's did, there are alot of deep and growing themes that are staunchly different from Naruto.
I implore you to take some time to read it. As I said myself, I didn't think I would like it when I started, but it so far a really well done manga that is capable of succeeding Naruto in the vein Naruto and the others I mentioned succeeded DBZ, having similar veins but actually having strong differences in themes
