I don't know what to think of it. As a minigame hub, it could make a decent amount of money, which is good. As a social app, I'm afraid it will attract some unwanted problems. Wasn't that Nintendo Mail app for the 3DS cancelled because some people tried using it with ilegal intentions with little kids?
