CoD4 is multiplateform, Halo3 belows to past but Gear of war is The Xbox360 exclusive without any doubt. GoW2 should be very good too.
BUT
PS3 has Unchartred/Haze/KZ2/Resistance/(MGS4?) and I doubt they will all bomb : DRAW

JRPG: Lost Oddyssey, Eternal Sonata & Blue Dragon are beyond average and like you said the 360 winsShooters: You can't ignore Bioshock and Halo 3 is maybe not the best of its series but we're talking here on a very high level
Racers: Why don't you mention such great games like PGR3, 4, Burnout Revenge and even Test Drive Unlimited has good scores on metacritic. GT5 Prologue and Motorstorm
2 is better than Forza 2 ??? Are you kidding me ? I accept GT5P is a great racer, but it's "just" an extended Demo and you can't compare it with a FULL game. Motorstorm 2... Wow. I could say Forza 3 and PGR 5 but they aren't in stores, so this is just a bad argument.
