Nintendo platfors will always sell on first play beacuse of Nintendo games, thats fact, while with PS4/XboxOne you have lotsa people that buying consoles because of 3rd party not exclusives. But point having 3rd party on Nintendo platform is to be more attractive platform to people who doesnt want to play only Nintendo games, some people want Mario, Pokkemon and Zelda but in same time they want Fifa, Need For Speed, Call Of Duty...thats point, platform thats is attractive not just to hard core Nintendo fans and kids. Also on NX you will home and handheld consoles that will have heavy integration, and that can share majority of same games and features and offcourse great Nintendo games, those are things that PS4/XboxOne dont have. Also we can expect some 3rd and 2nd party exclusives like we having this gen. |
Gamecube had all you want and was even stronger than PS2 sold less than 30M, N64 against PS1 wasn't a lot better.. dunno why you expect Nintendo to sell really well based on 3rd party support or keep sure that fusion is certain.
