It's a decent bit lower than all the other Vita games, so it kinda is a disappointing result.  That's what you get for putting worst CPU as the main character in the game! (oooh snap).

Pretty disappointing result for 7th Dragon as well.  Not a disaster, but I was expecting better.

To be fair to Blanc, who is certainly not worst CPU - but not the best, either, her game is kind of out of the traditional genres Neptunia as a whole goes by. That, and didn't she actually win the character poll for this game?

Mind you, I honestly think that a game with Blanc in it should've been put on some - I don't know - Nintendo platform? But, hey, Neptunia didn't start on the Dreamcast, so I guess I'll let it slide.

It's not hard to argue Blanc as worst CPU, but I actually liked the entire cast.

That said, it sold pretty poorly for a Neptunia game. I guess that's what they get for letting a character poll decide the main character (that and the lazy design decision to make it like HDN U).
