The autosave is enabled, but it is garbage. Ironically, the game is much better optimized than sims 3. I wasn't suggesting the problem was caused by the vendor (Steam), rather that PC gaming isn't free of issues as Mummelmann suggest earlier. Steam is pretty passive, so Never had a problem with a Steam game though. So he was right about PC being a pain in the ass but that was about two decades ago. <- is a false equivalency, PC can an often is a pain and "Steam Game" is a misnomer.
