What did they exactly mean by "PS360 tech" ? Did they specifically say "PS360 level of hardware" ?

I only remember seeing reports that it was basically a portable Gamecube and that it would put the PSP to shame. Not saying nobody ever said it was PS360 (which the Vita almost is). Just saying I personally never saw anybody say that.
