Which devs have priority getting the NX Dev Kits?

I guess the one that actually supported the WiiU and 3DS, Ubisoft of course. Maybe Activision and Warner Bros, Square Enix, Level 5.

It's really hard to say, because right now things are so bad with third party developpers.
