Some other pet-peeves:
"[companyX] are knocking it out of the park!"
"[companyX's product] blows [companyY's very similar product] out of the water!"
"AAA Exclusives" (as if their exclusivity is a good thing in any way)

I agree with this one! Is it really that damn hard to write " could have"?
