TLOUR had a lot more going for it than NDC.

#1. TLOU (PS3 only) sold more than any Uncharted game, and in a shorter timespan at that.

#2. Was a very critically acclaimed game that released right at the end of the generation. It makes sense that interest for it would be high at the beggining of this generation.

#3. TLOU was 1 year old, NDC is a collection of 8-4 year old games. Age matters.

 

But if you expected that, fair enough.
