Asterisk ep 2 - Saya adds a lot of value and, like Claudia, is much more interesting than Hime-sama. They went all-in on the tropes, though. Those school uniforms have some weak-ass buttons.
The flying lightsaber scene was killing me. That was hilarious. At least they told us beforehand that "McPhail" was going to McFail, as if we didn't know anyway. Personally, I'd just sit back and let my lightsaber fight for me.
The show itself is average at best but I like Claudia and Saya enough to pencil it into my schedule. I'm also interested in seeing if they can keep the cliche train rolling next episode. It's about time for him to save a girl again and we've already gone an entire episode without accidental groping.
