PSP LT sales indicates that psv is heavily overtracked now due to the huge adjsutment up of april! While previously, Vgc wasn't really undertracking it or maybe it was overtracking it moderately!

There is nothing in that article to suggest that Shawn Layden said the PSP had sold in 82 million, and without definite proof for that, your argument kinda falls apart.
