Pachter, aside this is PR crap.
Sony has a vested interest, of course they are going to say console gaming is alive and well, while simultaneously getting in to VR, PS Now, and Remote play. They know its a sinking ship.
Like smartphones are to handhelds, PC is to console, and it is inevitable.
