Platinum Games: "We’ve Always Really Loved the Xbox"

I only see to options on why this PR dribble is so extreme:

1.) Platinum has bad blood with Nintendo and Sony, so buttering up Microsoft is their only option
2.) Platinum's next game has already been funded by Microsoft.

One is a big possibility, but if two Microsoft made a good move.

Let's see what happened to Nintendo:
Platinum told Smash Bros Fans to F*** off.
Platinum announced in 2014 that they wanted to make Bayotte 3 with Nintendo, but not a word since.
Starfox is delayed and has lots of criticism.
Wonder 101 flopped.
Bayonetta 2 sales weren't exactly impressive.
