Nintendo 3DS selects are coming in october. Does this mean its the end of the 3DS life cycle?

If Nintendo was trying to sell their worst selling titles, they would have put Codename STEAM, Art Academy 3DS, Spirit Camera and others there. This is a reprint of some of the games that either ran out of copies or Nintendo thinks can sell more.
