Well Nintendo is also entertainment company while Sony and MS are tech companies, they also wants own movies, they want their own theme parks and they already have own toys. With combination with consoles and game for mobiles they clearly wants to be more like Disney and not only gaming company, but of course that main focus will still be gaming.

There's a big distinction here ... Nintendo is not making their own theme parks. They are licensing their characters to Universal for theme park attractions. No different from properties like The Simpsons, Transformers, and a dozen other IPs. They are not making their own movies either, they are going to license those characters for a film studio to then make said movie.
